How to Add Styles to Fonts Using Microsoft Word
Found: The Easiest Way to Install Fonts on a Mac. Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Photoshop. Whatever you're using, shut it down.
Remember that both The Creative Market and Font bundles offer weekly freebies which include free fonts and graphics.
2. Once you have a couple of fonts installed on your computer, go to the website wordmark.it > in the search bar type a letter or sentence and click enter.
A new window with all the fonts on your computer will show up. Scroll through the fonts and select the fonts that you want to compare. After you have selected different fonts, in the top right of the screen click the “filter selected” button.
3. Highlight the word that you want to use and copy (command + c)> Open Microsoft Word and paste (command + v) the word you copied.
4. Select/highlight the first letter of the word. In the toolbar click format > fonts (command + D).
5. Make sure the settings in your “font window” are the same as the picture below. In the “Stylistic sets”, choose a number. Usually odd numbers are for the letters on the left and even numbers are for the letters on the right.
When you select a number, you will see the style (glyphs) of the font in the preview window. If you like the style of the font, click ok.

Notice that for the letter “L” on the left, in the stylistic set I chose number 1 (odd number) and to style the letter on the right I choose the number 2 (even number).
6. Repeat the same steps for all the letters you want to change/edit. Every letter has different styles/glyphs. Play around with different fonts in Microsoft Word to learn how to style them.
